TRUST  AND  CULTURE  ASSESSMENTS

Based on more than a decade of research, we developed several assessments that would help you measure levels of trust, trustworthiness, and overall culture in the organization. The assessments use the 6 components of trustworthiness, the 7 laws of trust, symptoms of the existence of trust (or lack thereof), and the outcomes of trust. Some assessments are designed to measure the overall trust level in the organization, on in a specific team.  Others are designed to measure the trustworthiness of leaders, team members, or salespeople using input from those they interact with.

TRUST  CULTURE  SURVEY (TCS)

OVERVIEW

This online trust survey was developed by Dr. Yoram Solomon based on an extensive research of organizational trust factors, as they lead to high (or low) innovation and productivity in companies. The assessment is designed to measure the overall level of trust in the organization through the six components of trust, symptoms of trust (or lack thereof), and a few direct questions about trust. It is completely anonymous, and does not identify specific relationships. The assessment is taken online, and takes between 10 and 12 minutes to complete. The accuracy of the results depends on the margin of error, driven by the number of people taking the assessment relative to the size of the target population in the organization. The assessment can be taken for the entire organization, or for specific groups/functional areas/levels in the organization. Custom fields allow comparing the different groups, provided that enough participants from each group took it.

PRICE

$1,500 (regardless of number of participants, it is recommended to have at least 10, but not less than 5% of any specific group) at different levels in the organization and different groups.

PROCESS

  • Purchase the TCS at the online store and enter your contact information as needed.

  • Within 2 business days you will receive an invoice and a link with a code and instructions to take the TCS.

  • Pay the invoice and forward that link to the participants within your company.

  • The survey takes 10-12 minutes (per participant) to complete.

  • After the survey close date, we will generate a customized report for you and email it.

  • You will be entitled to a free 30-minute consultation call to go over the results.

REPORT

The final report will include the results for your company, relative to the assessment average. It will identify areas of concern, and provide general guidelines to address those. Depending on the number of responses sent from your company, it may identify specific areas by a specific group in your company.

For each factor and item, your company is compared to the reference average, so you will know not only how your company (or group within the company) is doing individually, but also how does it compare to the reference average.

TRUSTED  LEADER  SCORECARD ASSESSMENT (TLS)

OVERVIEW

Based on more than a decade of trustworthiness and culture research, Dr. Solomon made several discoveries. Leader trustworthiness has a dramatic impact on team (and company) performance. A high-trust team environment, as created by the team leader, can lead to a 64% increase in creativity, productivity, and innovation. Team members are more engaged, loyal, energetic, creative, and productive. Furthermore, 58.6% of your team members, when asked, said that trustworthiness is the most important quality you could have, more than the next four qualities combined. Based on his research, and the Trust7x6 model and formula, The Innovation Culture Institute is now offering this hybrid assessment that allows a leader to assess his or her trustworthiness. It is an assessment that your team will take, like other 360 assessments, except that this one focuses on your trust inputs (Competence, Shared Values, Fairness, Time, Intimacy, and Positivity, and your trust outputs (autonomy, direction, shielding, vulnerability, feedback, and receptivity). It will grade you on each of those components, and give you an overall trusted leader score. This assessment will take between 8 and 10 minutes to complete (by each member of your team). The assessment is anonymous, and your team members will not be identified in the report provided to you.

TEAM  TRUST  MATRIX  ASSESSMENT (TTMA)

OVERVIEW

Team effectiveness, productivity, and creativity heavily depends on team members' willingness to be vulnerable, provide direct feedback, and be receptive. Each team member would be willing to act in those ways as a function of the trust he or she has in each of the other members of the team. Simply measuring the level of trust in the team anonymously (such as through the Organizational Trust Assessment) would be misleading. The Team Trust Matrix Assessment (TTMA) requires all members of the team to assess all the other members of the team. The assessment is anonymous, and no member will be able to track specific responses to another member of the team.

Your willingness to be vulnerable, provide feedback, and be receptive to feedback depends on the level of trust you have in the team member you trust the least. As a result, it is important to identify the trustworthiness of individual team members.

There could be several reasons why a certain team member is not trusted enough. One reason is that there was not enough high-quality, intimate interaction with that member. In simpler words, the member is new to the team. Another reason could be that the team member is not considered competent enough. These two reasons can be mitigated relatively easily. However, a low trust level could be the result of an asymmetrical relationship, that should be examined. Finally, the low trustworthiness could be due to a severe misalignment of values, while this member of the team has been with the team for a long time.

The TTMA report will identify the trustworthiness of each member as reported by the other members, and make correction recommendations.

PRICE

$2,500

PROCESS

  • Order the TTMA from our online store and enter your contact information when asked.

  • Within 2 business days you will receive an invoice and a link with a code and instructions to use the survey.

  • Pay the invoice and forward that link to participants within your company as instructed. Their responses would be anonymous but critical to the assessment

  • The assessment takes each participants 4-6 minutes times the number of members in the team to complete. For example, in a team of 8 members, the assessment may take 24 to 48 minutes to complete.

  • The assessment will close only once all members of the team completed it. After the assessment closes, we will generate a customized report for you and email it.

  • You will be entitled to a free 60-minute consultation call to go over the results.

REPORT
